Did not receive free samples or insider points
I was upset to see that none of my samples came in the mail and none of my insider points have shown. I was really excited about trying the products I had picked. The representative I spoke with on the phone said he'd add 200 points to my account for my inconvenience. I thought wow that's great! But still no points are showing. Are the representatives allowed to add points or was he just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear? Why didn't my samples come?
