Damaged Item

I purchased the Clinique beyond perfecting foundation and received it broken in the mail. I’m wondering how to get this fixed?

@myshmallow I’ve received damaged items twice. Once I called customer service and they just refunded me over the phone (but it was a sale item that they no longer carried so they couldn’t be send me a new one). The other time I just went to a store to do a return, but I’m fairly lucky in that I have several Sephoras near me to shop at and return things. They’re very accommodating with returns or fixing a damaged item. Don’t be too worried!

Have you contacted customer service either via chat, email, phone or by posting your concern in the Customer Support thread? If not, I would start there. Sephora's customer service is pretty good about helping with these kinds of issues! Good luck 🙂
