Can I move my BIC rank boss 2 to another account?

Hi Mods,

I have been having ongoing issues with my account. I can explain better in a DM. Ive already reached out to @LaurieBT & I believe she is waiting for an update.... I would just hate to have to close this account & lose my rank, something that i have worked on hard literally for years. @kevinbt @DaneeBT
