So I just got a beauty insider card (didn't really want it but I'm a pushover😂) but I know I will probably never use it since my sephora is rather far away and I don't shop online, so what will happen if I don't use it? Can I return/cancel it or something? Please help!!

I'm not sure I understand your question? Getting a BI card just means you joined the rewards program; there's no penalty if you don't shop...it's not like they can start charging you fees or anything.

If you do decide to shop from time to time, and decide that points are something you want to accumulate, just keep in mind that your points will expire after 18 months of inactivity...but if you're not interested in points, then there's not much else to worry about.

If you have more specific questions about the program, be sure to post them in the Customer Support group so that a mod can see your post and respond.
