Beauty Insider Challenge

Hi ! I recently purchased a skin care item and a hair care item at sephora at kohls but I didn’t receive the 100 points for each from the insider challenge or the 100 points for completing them. I’m wondering if the challenge is only for sephora store and not kohls stores either ? Can someone please help me ! Thank you!

Hi @xoxmaria ! On the challenge page, click/tap the tile for any task and you’ll get a pop-up explaining the terms for that task. For instance, here are the terms for the “Passport to Beauty” challenge’s skincare product task:

Unfortunately, Sephora at Kohls purchases aren’t eligible, according to those terms. (@TeamBIC, please correct me if I’m wrong.) I hope you can complete both the skincare and hair care tasks to get those bonus points!

@xoxmaria @It only applies to Sephora online and Sephora stores not Sephora Kohl’s stores.
