App not working

none of the images on my sephora app are loading! Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? i’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still isn’t working!

Did you get a solution for this? This is insane, I need to shop and I'm unable to see any images on the Sephora Canada website. I NEED TO SHOP, but I can't because of this horrible problem. I've cleared cache and cookies, yet images are still no loading y

YES OMG I'm not insane. For the past few weeks none of the images will load in the app or mobile web. Works fine on desktop but I'm almost always shopping on my phone. So annoying. I've rebooted my phone, checked my settings, uninstalled the app - nothing. The issue is not my internet connection either b/c it happens at home and at work.
