There is no code for welcome vibs for 10% anymore?

We now can combine offers since we have more than one promo code field available. Wanted to try with 10%. but is it gone?

I called customer service about that last year when i renewed my VIB status... apparently..you only get the 10% if you hit VIB the very first time ...

I happened to be at the mall... and take a look to see whether the new year Hourglass brush in Vivid flush is available.  One thing after another, ended up getting the promo.

The card actually has 2 parts.  One general one which does not stated in the promo rules, this part is probably for every card which is $8 off of $30 next purchase between Jan 24 to 28. Second part is the scratch card

I noticed that hourglass lunar new year blush was listed in the email but when you go the link of course it doesn't work, like the product doesn't exist. You found it in store with no issue? I want to get it.
