Is the offer available at Sephora inside JCPenney stores?
The 10% off promotion can be redeemed at Sephora inside JCPenney. 

Is the offer available with Canadian orders?
Yes! The 10% off promotion is available in US and Canada in store and online.

Can I redeem the 10% off offer be used more than once?
Absolutely! The offer can be redeemed multiple times through Friday, April 17th for Beauty Insiders, both online and in stores.
 
Are there any exclusions to the offer?
The offer is not valid on previous purchases or purchases of Gift Cards or eGift Certificates, and may not be combined with any other offers.

I'm a little irritated with Sephora because I didn't get an email or a mailer. I got plenty of other emails from Sephora about products etc, so it's not that I don't get emails. They just never sent me one about the sale.

If you got an e-mail, there should be an option to download the barcode into Google Wallet or Passbook
