i want to glow on prom night. what highlight should i use if i want a highlight that pops.

I would recommend the Artist Couture Diamond Glow powders. 

If you're light the Coco Bling, Gold Digger and illuminati are really nice

for medium, illuminati and la peach are really nice

for darker skin, sugar daddy, la peach, la bronze, illuminati, are really nice

All the colors they have work for all colors though.
