help, I need a recommendation

can someone please recommend me a cheap but awesome highlighter? Is high beam good? Or milk and which color is best for light skin? Thank you in advance everyone

If u want a truly cheap highlighter, that's amazing then definitely try the wet n wild precious petals champagne coloured one. It's about $5 Canadian, and gives a beautiful glow. Can't beat it for the price/quality!
