Worth the money?

I purchased the new Diamond Veil highlight from Fenty Beauty in the shade How Many Carats?! I felt like I had to dig products out and it faded away so quickly... anyone else try this new product?

@sydneialicia I had no issue picking up product with my Anastasia Beverly Hills Large Tapered Blending Powder Brush A23to apply as highlight and I used my finger to apply it as a shadow.
