The Fenty diamond bomb in How many Karats is my go to. I apply it with my finger. Dab it on, then rub it in for ultimate glow.

I definitely love the Cover FX custom enhancer drops especially under my foundation because it makes your skin glow while staying flawless at the same time. I use it for my cheeks, eye makeup and any other possible way. This product is everything!

I really like the COVER FX Custom Enhancer Drops to give a lot of sparkle and highlight to the skin. I sometimes wet my brush and apply it directly for a wet look. If you want even more glow you can layer this with a powder highlighter on top.

@megspeer I love Nars Copacabana Illuminator, Marc Jacobs Dew Drops, and Iconic London Illuminator in Original. These are all liquid highlighters.  You can put a powder highlighter on top for more glow if you want.
