i ordered my highlight on the 11th and wont get here the 17th even thoght i paid for 3 day shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so pissed !!!!!!!!!!!!

The 3 day shipping option which is either $5.95 or free if your order is $50 or more is actually 3-4 business days.  Typically 3 business days if you ordered earlier in the day on Fri. and 4 business days if you ordered later in the day on Fri.  That time frame puts your delivery date at either Wed. or Thurs.  Details are here http://www.sephora.com/shipping-information
