MAC Whisper of Gilt

I'm not sure how many people can help me with this but this highlighter is still so highly raved about and MAC is releasing it again for Christmas this year and I really want it. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if it would look okay on a lighter skin tone!! Please let me know!

Hey! to answer your question it definitely will look great on lighter skin. part of the reason why that highlighter is so coveted is because it works soooo well on almost any skin tone. Thats why a few christmas' ago everybody went crazy over the MAC extra dimension highlighter in "Oh Darling!" because it gave people that same umph that whisper of guilt does except Oh Darling is definitely a subtle yellow gold where Whisper of Guilt has a little more pink to it !! I'd say swatch Oh Darling and see what you think, because its a part of the permanent line now and you wont have to race people for whisper of guilt. Also try swatching LauraMerciers Loose Highlighting Powder in Candlelight, I would say that would be a slightly identical dupe for WhisperOfGuilt and definitely would work on lighter skin tones.
