Fenty Beauty Highlighter

Anybody try the “Metal Moon” highlighter? I have it and the highlighters got such great reviews, but it doesn’t seem to show up on me. I’m super pale, and it kind of just looks like white powder and you can only really see it when the sun or light hits it. Am I doing something wrong???
