Does anyone have a good really bright or sparkly highlighter recommendation preferably in cream or liquid form?

I like a really dewy look and I feel like highlighters are a big part of that. Also If you dont know of a cream or liquid one is there a powder one that wont throw off the dewiness?

I also recommend the Stila highlighter in Kitten - shimmering nude pink brightens and illuminates. You can also add a shimmer highlight on top of added sheen!

I love Colourpop super shock highlighter in “Flexitarian”, it gives such a pretty sparkly look!! It has such a nice cream like feel and the best part is I think it’s only 8 dollars!!
