What’s the best highlighter for WOC? For under the brow and for face. I see so much on IG but it’s never tagged

Not sold at Sephora I don’t think but the Jeffree Star highlighters are supposed to be very blinding and stunning! I’ve watched videos with you tubers trying out the highlighter and it looks absolutely stunning and blinding! Hope this helps and here’s a link! -----------

FOR SURE Black Up’s collab Highlighter palette w Jennie Jenkins. That is delllliciouuussss on the skin & VERY POWERFUL!! Def one of my top faves overall AND every color is actually usable & looks fantastic on the skin!

I love the ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS - Amrezy Highlighter on the brow bone and on the face! 

It looks great on deeper skin tones as well!

A Fenty by Rhianna is nice for both areas. Try using a gold or nude shimmer instead of white you will find it blends better while providing lift
