@Guessgal   Thanks!  Their Shiseido beauty license agreement has been partially terminated, and they are going to try to get another company to manufacture and distribute globally, so maybe they will be back in the US. 

Yes, Harrod's shipping is expensive, but honestly, not much more than if I ordered something from the opposite side of the US and paid actual shipping for it!  Plus, it was quick- 2-3 days.
