@ather Thank you! I now officially run the line I have been working on. I spent 3 of my 5 years there running it more than I did my normal job, but without that pay lol. And I was the bossy unofficial line owner the rest of the time lol.

@ather Thank you! We have to "bid" on jobs and they get awarded based on seniority. I never tried to move up, I specifically waited for this line and crew to be available lol.
