@itsfi , I'm 50/50 on the liner so far.  I'm wearing it today to see how it holds up.  It's a brush tip, which I love (psst!  @eshoe ), but it's not that inky black hue that I was hoping for.  I am wondering if it's old, like sitting on the shelves, or it's just not that pigmented to begin with.
