Well, whoever posted the allcosmeticswholesale.com address really didn't think anyone would be cutting back. I placed two orders in two days!

The first one had Bobbi Brown exfoliating cleanser, Lancome eye make up remover, an Estee Lauder lipstick & mascara, Clinique Moisture Surge, & Stilla Illuminating Powder Foundation...all for $100.

The next day I ordered SMH empty eye shadow compact and eye shadow to fill it for $84.

Happy shopping...or cutting back, whichever you're doing!

I'm with prettyinpa about the liners vs the shadow pencils. If I hadn't already gotten the 24/7 15th set, I would have gotten the entire set of shadow pencils instead. They can be used as liner or shadow, apply easily and smoothly, and last forever! I hope they make more colors because I thik they are a better value for the money than the liner pencils!

Going to a FS Sephora this weekend. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😄

I agree with you all--I love the 24/7 Shadow Pencils because I think they are softer and creamier than the regular 24/7 Liners.  They blend out so much easier when using them as eyeshadow than trying to use a liner pencil as eyeshadow.  Plus the shadow pencils are easy to use as a liner, as well, but I usually take a liner brush and run over the end of the shadow pencil because it's too fat for me to line my eyes with using just the pencil.  🙂

@mermadelove:  I found out about the UD Matte Eyeshadows being discontinued because I noticed that Sephora only had 2 colors available, which usually means they are going to quit carrying a product.  So I went to UD's site to order the color I wanted and the matte shadows were listed under their RIP Items and they were already out of the color I wanted, too.  I ended up having to get Revolver from eBay because I couldn't find it anywhere else.

@tenngal: I was just at UD's site looking at the matte shadows and I was able to add Revolver to my cart. Maybe they found some more?  (In case you want to stock up).

@prettyimpa:  Thanks for the info!  I actually stocked up when I ordered from eBay--I got a really good deal on it there.  I still need to stock up on Yeyo, though.  I'd better get on the ball before I can't find it anywhere.

Etenngal. At least you were able to find it on ebay! Check out HAute Look this month as later this month I know they are having a UD event. I bet the mattes will be part of it.

Ok. So here's my most recent haul:

7 glitters and 3 loose pigments from TKD trading. Won't go into color details now

7 loose pigments, 2 Magnetic palettes ( although they only sent me one 😞 ); and a mineral/pigment pressing kit--can't wait to play with that!

1 MAC empty palette

3 MAC eyeshadows: Pink Freese, Trax, Parfait Amour

@mermade - Nice haul!! I look forward to hearing about your Sephora purchases. I went today but didn't buy anything... again!

However, I did get the OPI Black Shatter. I thought I wasn't going to be in to it but watching the crackling effect is a lot of fun!

@officegal: I LOVE that look! I did make it to a Sally to check out the China glaze but all they had left was teal and pink. 😞

The 500 point perk was the Boscia skin care kit. Boo. I have skin care coming out of my ears!

It always amazes me that I usually leave the store with 50% different things than I planned to buy. Seeing it in person and being able to compare and contrast really helps the selection process!

I recently bought the LashStash mascara set, since it went on sale, and the first one that I'm trying is blinc, since I've been interested in trying out the tubing mascaras.  It's ok so far, except that I decided to put it on before running a 15k on Sunday and it was raining the entire time.  Around the 7th mile, I could actually see the "tubes" falling off my lashes (I guess they started falling down in front of my eyes), so I rubbed my eyes and they all completely came off on my hands.  Then of course I was wondering how long I looked like a crazy person.  Oh well. 

I ordered some makeup brushes from Haute Look, but I haven't received them yet.  Their shipping must be super slow.  This is my first purchase from them.

@officegal - The black shatter looks good.  🙂  And I agree that it's fun to watch.

@serendipity01: I also am no longer a fan of tubing mascaras. They definitely lengthen to ridiculous heights, but the tubes falling off onto your face all day? So not worth it. I'll stick to BUXOM and SEphora L:Ash Booster. Sorry about the weird typos. Migraine again.

Hmm, I haven't had any trouble with the tubing mascaras at all. Regular mascara tends to give me raccoon eyes after about 3 hours, so I have been loving the staying power of Blinc. Though I never ran a 15K with it on, wow, that's amazing!! I guess when I have to work outside this summer in 100 degree heat, or ride the horse in hot summer weather, maybe that'll be different. Has anyone tried it in really extreme heat like South Florida or a tropical place? I wore it in Arizona during a hot spell in the winter and it stayed put.

Re: tubing mascaras - I currently use the L'Oreal Beauty Tubes (the double ended one with primer & mascara) and it never budges.  In fact I slept with it on one bad night and it was completely fine the next morning.  So much better than regular mascaras, though it will never top my beloved YSL Faux Cils!

I'm seeing some nice hauls in here.  Good to see I'm not the only one spending and breaking resolutions.  😉

No, you're not the only one. I just placed a huge order from Ulta. I've been doing good so far this year- aside from a couple small beauty.com orders and the Clarisonic, I really haven't gotten anything. Until today, that is! I can only hope the box comes when I'm the only one home so I can quickly smuggle it away. I got a lot of stuff but the deals were AMAZING so I couldn't help it. I won't go into detail, out of respect for Sephora 🙂

I've been tempted to get the lash serum by L'Oreal but shudder at the thought of introducing another step in the daily routine. How's it going for you? And how does the black one work??? Does it look like eyeliner?
