@CynthieLu @Guessgal  I had to ask for it. They wanted to give me points -75- so I told them what they have done in the past. _(only once, it actually does not happen to me at least that often) she had to get permission & i had to wait for at least 20 min on the phone for the approval but I don't really spend my points unless I'm cash in on the rouge rewards so I much rather have a tester.
