Meaningful March Hauls 2023

@Loretta55, I appreciate when others swatch products so I’m happy to do so when I can. These are beautiful! 😍 Nude lippies can be a miss for me, whether because they are too warm toned or too cool toned but the ones in his collection here are really nice and I think I’ll pick up one of them (as well as another of the pinks/MLBB shades - surprise, surprise 😂) at some point. 🛍️

I saw a post on IG @itsfi . That influencer was excited about the Mario lips but it bled on her. She was very disappointed and she even said that she never experienced bleeding from a lip product before. Unfortunately it did scare me.

@Loretta55, I think it will vary from person to person, as with most all things. I can see how there could be some migration with these but I didn’t really experience that when I was more careful with my application. A lip liner might be helpful - the tip on the wand is not very firm so you wouldn’t be able to do any lining with it. These may just not be for you.

If you do pick one up during the sale, I’d love to know your thoughts on it @Loretta55. I don’t usually have issues with lippies bleeding except for red or deep wine/burgundy lip shades. A part of me wonders if I should pick up the red on from this line to see if I experience any bleeding with that color. I’d be more inclined to do so if I wore reds more often than I do. Hmmm…🤔 We shall see.

@Sunnysmom, I didn't even know the brand existed until I saw them listed under the "Brands" section. Always something new to be discovered here.

Thank you @curlychiquita! So far, so good. The OH sunscreen has been reached for almost daily since I picked it up. The Makeup by Mario lippies have been great and I've never been let down by a Chanel nail polish. The only thing I haven't gotten to are the perfumes and that's mainly because I've been nursing a cold.

Oh, the Makeup by Mario lippies would look lovely on you - so many shades to choose from too - the pinks and MLBB are what I picked up first but the nudes and the bolder colors are very wearable. They say they are cool toned but I feel like they are more cool-to-neutral. Are there any shades you're particularly interested in?

Thank you for those swatches @itsfi Those are very vibrant colours, I really like Baby Coral, Poppy, and Hot Pink. They are so fun looking!

@CynthieLu, the colors are really pigmented. Interestingly, hot pink applied the most sheer of all the shades in the collection, but these are buildable. I picked up a few other things earlier this month but time got away from me and I haven't had a chance to take photos. Will try to post them, or if not, hopefully they'll show up in a post on the empties thread when I get through them. 😁
