That Diptyque find @caitbird! Well done! Love the layout / set up for that photo, too! 😍 Ooooh, Thrive Causemetics. I really like their eyeshadow sticks - the bronze shade is my favorite. Gonna keep my eye on whether any of these beauties make it into one of your future makeup capsules.

@itsfi  thank you! Yes, I was very excited about finding the Diptyque discovery set, I can't wait to try the fragrances (might try one tomorrow, actually)! I'm sure some of these new makeup finds will end up in future capsules - too bad I didn't have the Thrive Causemetics items yet when it was time for stick week, they would have been perfect for that. Still, I know I'll find a use for them!

Right? Like, yeah, I kind of fell off the wagon - but it could have been worse! 😅 Gotta focus on the positive side!

@caitbird, looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the fragrances. 

Plenty of time to include the Thrive sticks in a Capsule Makeup Collection Challenge - next week, starting tomorrow, one of the prompts is "Take 2 / Do Over" so you could get it another sticks capsule. There's also a newness theme a couple of weeks later. Or you can always just add the sticks to any capsule, whether it's completely on theme or just theme-adjacent. 😉 We can be creative in getting it into whatever the theme might be - challenge accepted! 🤔

@itsfi  yay, Take 2 week! I was sad that I missed the "BIC inspired" capsule theme, so I will probably try to do something with that. But there are so many good possibilities...🤔 This is reminding me to check out the capsule makeup thread for the latest weekly themes, I am so behind 😓

@itsfi  beautiful scenic photo! These items are all perfect for a summertime vacation! How do you like the Hello Sunday lip balm? I am curious to try that one at some point - I always appreciate a lip balm with SPF. Hope you had a great trip!

@caitbird, thank you!! The Hello Sunday lip balm has a thin, but not too thin, consistency, and adds a nice light layer of hydration to my lips; it also has a fun, subtle strawberry scent to it. It's a lot thinner than the CAY SKIN Isle Lip Balm SPF 30 with Sea Moss and Aloe Stem Cells, which also has SPF.

Hourglass Unreal Liquid Blush Scene , Whim and Craft - love these tho not the bottle so much. Tricky. Really pretty soft focus glow. 
Kulfi Lassi Lips Staining Long-Lasting Moisturizing Lip Oil Black Cherry - really love this stain! It’s what I hope MAC Black Honey always looks like! The stain lasted and it didn’t bleed into my lip lines either. Impressive! 
Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Stix High-Shine Gloss Stick The MVP - again, tricky. Love the color but this is probably too soft for me. Very very goopy. I  did use a Kosas, MAC and Chanel lip liner and that worked very well. 
Laura Mercier Caviar Smoothing Matte Lipstick 520 Scarlet Velvet ​ - feels nice, not sure it’s remarkable. Good heavy case and the lid magnetizes/clicks into base. I really liked the older ones. Jury is still out on it for me with new formula. 
HUDA BEAUTY Blush Filter Soft Glow Liquid Blush Strawberry Cream - I’m in love with these! Had to pick up this shade as well. Good stain , glow and so pretty on lips and cheeks. Not patchy at all. 
MAKEUP BY MARIO Soft Pop Plumping Cream Blush Veil Paradise Pink - I like his blush formula. Has some body to it , not sticky, good color and easy to blend. 
NARS Explicit Refillable Satin Lipstick Unrestrained – 886 - love this deep berry. The new formula seems nice but it didn’t last super long on me due to it being a satin. Feels comfortable tho! 
CLINIQUE Cheek Pop Blush Black Honey - I don’t have any blush shades like this and picked it up with Ulta points . Clinique has nice lips and blush and so reasonable. Black Honey is iconic in all their versions! 
New shade mini sample of #Saie mini glowy super gel Roseglow.  Won’t tag sorry. Lovely smooth formula with no glitter, only illuminating shine. Beauteous! I really love Starglow original. 
Excited to try the point reward of #Summer Fridays mask. I love the #Summer Fridays Cloud moisturizer and hear great things about the mask! @ather and all! 
Sale on #HUDA Glowish Bright Light Hydrating Sheer Concealer 02 (won’t tag either. Grr) I I love this under regular concealer. 
New formula and larger size of my HG #merit brow 1980 pomade brown black. The best best for natural small brows like mine. ( Also won’t tag- glitchy?! Oof.  )
The rest of the other goopy stuff- new Guerlain lips- I always really love their reds and berries and wear them a lot. Satins and Velvets which is just a semi Demi matte. Longer lasting than their satins which are very slick and shiny almost. Iris & Romeo Wild Berry is a new blush shade, to me anyway- their stuff just feels so good and natural too. Same with the new shades of MAC blush. Big Diva is the deep berry and Plush Pepper has some nice warmth to it so it ends up like a subtle bronzey look. They are bouncy! 😊 Rhode natural mauvey blush. These are really the nicest formula and consistency. I love how they blend and layer with other shades whether with my fingers or brush. Sisley Mystic Green liner- def holds all day- water resistant I think. These are second to none. Mystic formula is their shimmery satiny color and my other fav besides VBB. But these hold better even tho super smooth. Get on promos! Lol wayyyy too pricey otherwise! New Dior brown matte liner- also good smooth formula. I haven’t tried Dior’s eyeliners until now.

@Sunnysmom, the Dior liners are nice ones and yay for Rhode sleepy girl - it's a pretty mauve for lips and cheeks. How does the new formula of the Merit brow compare to the old one?

Oh you’ve tried the Dior eyeliners @itsfi ? I had not. Seems good! I wish I could use Sleepy Girl on my lips but alas only the cheeks! Love it for a subtle look. It looks so good on you. A bit too dull on me sadly, well more than a bit! 😆 The Merit brow seems the same tho I’ve just opened it really. My other one was so empty that this one seems very impactful in comparison! But I think the same? I’ll post if it’s different too. Do you like it?

I'm DEFINITELY picking up the HUDA BEAUTY Blush Filter Soft Glow Liquid Blush Strawberry Cream because I realized I don't have any pinks LOL are the hourglass blushes a little patchy...?

Additionally, have you tried the Anastasia Beverly Hills Blurring Serum Liquid Blush because I have Peach in my cart rn and I'm debating if I want the Anastasia Beverly Hills Blurring Serum Liquid Blush Peach or HUDA BEAUTY Blush Filter Soft Glow Liquid Blush Peach Sorbet ......... 🤔🤔🤔🤔

😭 @jaaayp ! I’m glad the bottles are so little because I have a fighting chance of using them up! 😆 No, I truly do for the ones I really love and Huda is def one of them. The Anastasia look nice too but I think are a bit different in texture than Huda if I recall? 🤔 Did you swatch it yet? The HG are not really patchy I don’t feel like. Maybe a little bit thinner than I like or compared to the Huda which seems to blend a bit better. But the HG still do blend nicely and blur well if you move quickly. I still prefer the Huda I think! I think?! 🤣
