Thank you @Guessgal ! Olvera does seem semi-sheer... more on the opaque side of semi-sheer, I'd say. It takes 2 - 3 coats on my lips to reach full opacity with even coverage, otherwise it can get kinda streaky. I haven't given it a fair test yet. I just wore it today at home for 2 hours. It feels emollient just like Firebird does, but it doesn't bleed or feather. The weardown is mostly graceful: it disappears completely along the inner edge of my lips after a couple cups of coffee. It also starts to chisel my lip lines after drinks, to the point where I can feel it cracking and I have to reapply it. (Can't just rub my lips together to redistribute color once it gets to that point.) 

tl;dr: Olvera is troublesome in a different way than Firebird. 😄 I still love its blood orange color, though.
