Help! Dry Skin, and aging

I need recommendations on products that will help with dry skin and anti aging please! I’m 42 and have not been using any products, hardly go out tanning or out in the sun to much since I have fair skin and know the damages sun can do to skin especially face and aging. I hardly have any wrinkles, and would like to start taking care of my face and body now. I do see my neck sagging a bit, that’s my BIGGEST concern!

Any recommendations??

@fificantu  For tightening up the skin I would recommend using ice cubes and running them around your face.
