I went a bit bigger than I anticipated in February... But I'm not mad at any of it.  What is surprising is the makeup to skincare ratio.  Most days in my life I wear make up, pretty simple looks.  The last year of working from home most of the time my make up use has gone down to maybe once a week.  This is a lot of makeup for me, especially shadows, of which I kinda stick to one look for 90% of the time. 

I'd love to say that I'm done spending for a hot minute... but I'm actually pumped for a wee discount at the beginning of march.  I know that there are a few things I'm going to want and I may actually need to edit my cart a bit.

I have to say... I haven't even tried all of these yet!  In addition to my purchases I had a wonderful galantine and team Bic who gifted me shadows.

 I clearly have a thing for roses tones. 

 the ysl number 7... love the looks using the entire palette, but the top left taupe is a great one and done.... it may or may not have pushed me to look at other one and dones! 

 

 ysl tint in balms number 10, I’ve got a couple other shades of this and I really enjoy them. Sephora lipstories balm in date prep, MAC see sheer and capricious.

Thanks @Shosh85 The YSL was such a surprise love.  I still have yet to try out the ND, PMG and Huda because I've just been playing with the YSL and a CT I received for Valentines.

Thanks @Loretta55 I'm convincing myself to get rid of some stuff I don't use/is older than my university degree and rewarding myself with newness.  Not exactly how my 'I need to declutter to a smaller collection' mentality started in January... but hey... pretty new palettes! lol

Lol @haleyvvvv I was laughing to myself... why do they need to come out with all the pink at once??? I love my pink cool tones so I knew I needed to just do it for Ste. Valentines!

@SportyGirly125 It's so unlike me to go for so much makeup at once, I'm usually more about skincare, but here we are!  It's been fun to see some newness and play with new formulas.

Aren't the Sephora #lipstories lip balm fantastic?! I'm on my second tube of the Date Prep color too - it's my favorite shade from that line ~ so pretty!

I actually thought of you @itsfi when I was putting Date Prep into my cart!  I remembered you saying that you'd liked the line and they came on sale... so it was like I had to.  lol.  I see a few other shades are still available on sale.... we'll have to see how well I do at restraining myself lol
