Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

Welcome back to the deal sharing fun! Deals shared here may also be posted to my blog (same name as the thread) unless you write for BT only. If I share your deal, I will always thank you here. I will heart every deal I see (without an outside or cheat link) to acknowledge it.

Beautytalk (the forum) does not allow outside links. A heart with no comment means I already have the deal or am deciding not to list it. Please list the retailer (without the link or cheat link; dot com) if it is not mentioned in the picture. Mods come in more often when they see any type of link. Thanks for sharing (original deals and repeats are welcome)! Please also share any deal haul you want, especially mystery gifts.

Discussion is encouraged. A lot of questions come with certain deals or retailers. When I see questions I can answer, I will respond (unless the poster consistently ignores me or someone else already answered the complete question). I read all the main posts (so no need to tag me). If you're replying to a post that is not near the top of the thread and want me or a specific person to see it, please tag us.

If you're posting about something on sale at Sephora, please share it here:

I thought I edited this to leave a message here, but after reading some private messages, I realize it did not take. This time, I will make sure it does before I sign off. Instead of waiting until I can return to reading every message to return at all, I will just pop in on certain days. I hope everyone is doing well. For me, some days are better than others.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

So sorry if that picture looks too big / weird I tried commenting this from my phone lol and I don't know if it turned out.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

Does anyone else think those feet look awfully bony?

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

lol yes!!  I thought so too, but could be the way I screenshot it, lol.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

It's an extra 25% off all sale (except for bras & panties) in the store if you can make it in. There are some really good deals left...

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

I didn't know that!  The closest VS to me is about an hour away, Smiley Sad

so I usually shop online deals.  There's also a code for free shipping on purchases of 50.00 or more on the website too.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

the 25% works on the UGG boots that are on sale Smiley Happy

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

OMG I didn't know that!! that is awesome.  I might get back on there and place another order if there's any of those left!!

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

For anyone who likes Viva La Juicy fragrances, Macy's has the 1oz Gold Couture EDP on sale for $25 right now as a deal of the day, plus the GWP backpack applies. It's a pretty cute bag that isn't bright pink for once. Plus, if you use retailmenot, there's a rebate for $10 off $25+ at Macy's. Now, I've never used RMN rebates before, so I can't guarantee it works, but if it does that means you get a $50+ perfume and cute backpack for $15 (I'm forever 20, so I love Viva La Juicy and needed a new bottle anyways haha.)

There are other deals of the day you could use that $10 off $25 I'm sure. Smiley Happy

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

Thanks for sharing this offer!

For RMN rebate, just remember NOT to choose pick up in-store.

Oh, I found this in the details section: "Exclusions: Cosmetics/fragrances"...Meh

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@Sodayui Thank you so much for posting this. I read through the exclusions to specifically see if these were excluded and did not see them. I think I need my eyes checked!

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@SodayuiOh boo where does it say this? I looked through all the exclusions multiple times because I was afraid of this, and I only saw that gift cards were excluded. Even the promotion terms of the rebates state that only gift cards are excluded at Macy's.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@Tofu @NancieNano

I just checked again and did not found it..0-0

Sorry... I guess I'm the one need my eyes checked!! lol

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@Sodayui that's ok Smiley Happy @Tofu can you let us know if you get your rebate? I think it's cool that they deposit it right into your paypal account and you don't have to have a minimum. (Although if you don't use paypal, I guess it's not good.)

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@NancieNano Thanks! Smiley Happy

I've used RMN rebates twice before, it took them about 14-20 days to post it to your paypal account.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

Thanks for posting!  I caved on this one!  Smiley Happy  @Tofu

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

EDIT:  It was my email service, not the email. Smiley Happy

Did anyone else happen to get an email from Neiman Marcus that offers a sample of Giorgio Armani lipstick in shade 400 if you responded to the email with your name and address?

I usually don't fall for things, but I get emails from Neiman Marcus all the time with different beauty companies' names in the address bar.

I attempted to send it and I got an error message from my internet provider saying the original email was spam.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@Ispend2much6  Yes the Neiman Marcus product specialists will send out emails for your name and address to send you samples. I haven't received a freebie offer for Armani. The Guerlain specialist used to send me emails all the time but I haven't received anything lately, a bunch of us posted our treats in the Guerlain thread, was it last year maybe? I somehow ended up on the Fresh specialist's list, she sends me samples all the time despite I've never bought Fresh anything from anywhere, she sent me a really nice sample set at Christmas.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@shimmerbait   I had no idea that is what happens!  I get a ton of these emails; I need to start reading them.  Thank you!

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@Ispend2much6 I've occasionally received email offers from brands at Neiman Marcus but the email address has the store name (i.e. marcjacobs@neimanmarcus ).  Also, the beauty advisor's contact info is listed on the body of the email.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

@ZombieMetroAnt  Thank you.  It did have the @neimanmarcus which is why it surprised me that it was spammed.

Highlighted

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

I have received these from Lancome and Tom Ford. They are somewhat targeted. When Zombie posted the Marc Jacobs one, some people were able to get one with the contact info she provided. I never got it though. It's legit and usually arrives with no response in 2-3 weeks from your return email.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

Thanks, @notcreative.  I feel better about answering the message now.

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

I get them from Neiman Marcus often. Sometimes it is free, sometimes it requires a confirmation of a purchase of that particular brand. For example, I received an email from the Fresh rep saying if I spent $100 in Fresh, and forwarded my confirmation number/email, I would receive some Fresh freebies. I have received Lancome and Fresh freebies at other times from NM by replying to an email asking for my name and address. Totally legit!

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

Saw this on USGWP if anyone is interested in a PUR Mystery Bag

"Pur Minerals is offering a Mystery Grab Bag for $20. It includes 5 full sizes and it’s over $100 value!  Use code BOXY25 to get 25% off which brings down the price to $15! After the discount, it’s $3 each piece!"

Re: Deals Too Good to Pass Up (Volume Five)

I had it in my cart but it sold out before I could pull the trigger Smiley Sad
