@Sunnysmom  I will keep you posted. I had full intentions on using it last night but my friend needed a drive to the hospital and we were in er till midnight so I skipped out on using it last time. I’ll try it tonight. I do cupping on my body and love it but I felt like the gua sha is better and easier for my body since I have to worry less about being super oily and I can do it with a little cream. I use one every day on my face and I love it. If you need help I am happy to help!!

Thank you @ather , I will def pick your brain on it! 😊 I want to try cupping too. I’ve only had that during a massage and not really sure what it did! 😂 You find benefits obviously!

@Sunnysmom  I do a different technique with cupping. Some leave them on the skin to draw out toxins. I use it to massage. So I gently squeeze the cup and make sure it’s holding on to my skin and I pull it up. It feels like a massage. I also go around my stomach and that helps with bloating and other digestive problems. I also do my face to help smooth out my features!! I like doing it before bed!

@Sunnysmom  It’s super easy! If I can do it anyone can! She’s good. Sprained ankle. Her spouse is deployed, it seems like whenever my husband is deployed I always get into trouble too so I was happy to help!

@ather @Sunnysmom @@I have also had cupping done. When I went to a pelvic floor specialist I had it done on my c section scar and back. I bought a cupping kit on Amazon so I could do it at home.

@SportyGirly125  Do you do it as a massage or more let them sit on the skin?

@ather @When they did it on me they did 6 on my back and a couple on my scar. I think it was to draw out any toxins/tension in my body. On my back, my right side had marks after for days. We never figured out what was wrong with the right side of my back. As for my scar, it is fully healed and barely visible now.  

They didn’t do it as a massage but let it sit on my skin for 5 or so minutes. My therapist said they did fire cupping on her there and that it felt good and she liked it. I think I would be scared.

@SportyGirly125  Oooo that’s interesting I don’t know if I would do that kind. I let it sit on my skin for a bit but I mostly use as a massage to release tension.

@ather great haul! I think it's really nice sephora has so many less expensive tool options now! Some of those tools can really get up there price wise from other brands!

@Kim888  I agree. And I. My experience I find them just as good maybe even better!!! I have a face roller from an expensive brand and a Sephora collection one and I prefer the sephora collection one! It squeaks less!

Fun haul @ather! 😃 I keep meaning to try gua sha on the body; interested in your thoughts on it. Oh, good reminder. I need to try my Kitsch shampoo and conditioner bars. I’ve been liking the Viori ones (though the shampoo is a smidge drying) that I’ve forgotten to do a comparison.

@itsfi  Ooo I’ll keep you posted!! I spent 6 hours gardening on the weekend and I was reminded that I’m not a spring chicken any more 🤣 hoping the gua sha helps give a little massage!! Oh that’s to bad. I love the look of the Viori ones and I wanted to try them but I didn’t see them on the Canadian site. I have a little bit of travel planned coming up and I thought the bars would be better to bring. I used them today and I really like how it made my hair feel. I even felt like the conditioner got into my hair and I can feel it made it soft. I did use a leave in conditioner on top to be safe but I don’t know if I really needed it. I think it is recommended for thin hair also which I have maybe it’s ok for us thin hair peps and it may not be enough on more thick hair! I feel like it worked better then the lush ones I’ve used in the past although they had a jungle conditioner that smelt amazing!!!

I like the brush on the brow gel @ather .  My perfect one was Givenchy's, but the tinted one isn't made anymore.

@Ispend2much6  Oh I will have to look at that one. I need one that doesn’t get flaky if you know what I mean. I used the abh and the Kosas one but they left this clear flake and I don’t like that lol and I have the iconic one but it’s not a strong enough hold so it falls down. And I don’t need a tint. I think the abh brow freeze is suppose to be good too but haven’t tried that one yet. I was never a brow girl so I’m trying to figure out what works.
