whats a good sparkly/ metallic eyeshadow palette for everyday make up so its not TOO much

It's not a glitter palette however, I highly recommend the Stila liquid eyeshadows if you have not already tried them. The glitter is so pretty and they stay in place, since they are mixed with a cream shadow.

The Huda Beauty palette might work for you @Anonymous 😄 I love the obsessions eyeshadow palette. 

Another optipn is the Urban Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette, it has a great colour selction with a great mix of shimmer and glitter shadows 🌟
