do any of you know any arty blushes for a friend (fair tone) this is just something I'm considering IDK.

I would say go for a palette vs a single blush. Someone artsy wants a lot of options. Benefit's Cheekleaders is cute. There's also the Tarte foil fingers, which is like finger painting and could be fun. Too Faced has a lot of great products if she's into good smells.

 In terms of product Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Collection Mood Exposure and  Ciaté London Glow-To Illuminating Blush Date Nightare cool because you get a different swirl in each product so that's kind of neat

the NARS - Exposed Cheek Palette and LAURA MERCIER - Cheek Canvas Soft Cheek Paletteboth have quite pretty and unique packaging so maybe that could be considered "arty" 

the KAJA - Heart To Heart Cheeky Stamp + Gloss Stick Set is a cheek stamp so maybe that depending on her vibe
