Xmas gift for sister?

Hi! I'm not really sure how this works so sorry for any mistakes. But anyways,as you probably know christmas is coming up and I really wanted to surprise my sister with a nice but wallet friendly gift,I'm searching for a nice set with maybe eyeshadows,mascara,eyeliner or something like that but as I don't know anything about makeup I have no clue what's good and what's not. Hoping for some helpful recommendations please and thank you (so much)
