What was the best gift you have ever received?

The most unforgettable and precious gift I’ve ever received was a quilt my mom made me back in 1999.  She was having a tough year financially and Christmas was very tight so no one was expecting any gift exchanging to be taking place and I bawled my eyes out that she had spent so much time creating a beautiful quilt for me out of scrap fabrics.  I wore that quilt down and patched it up so many times that it barely resembles the original quilt she gave me.  It’s one of my most treasured possessions I own to this day and it probably looks like an old rag to anyone else😂 @Anonymous

Another precious gift I received was a porcelain tile my oldest son made for me in kindergarten.  He painted a meerkat on it and it says “I love you because you make soggy kraft dinner”
