What are your recommendations for the Black Friday sale?

I'm just wondering if there are any specific products worth buying on Black Friday, in terms of gift ideas or just most worthy deals in general.  Is there anything specific that you guys stock up on or waiting to go on sale?

Some other great stuff is a skincare fridge and Vanity Planet has a bunch of stuff like their facail steamer on sale.
