what's a good mothers day gift for a makeup beginner who gets breakouts ?

A great beginner foundation is Pretty Vulgars blurring mousse! its light-medium coverage which is perfect for a beginner and its full of nutrients and because of that I never have had problems with breakouts!

I’m not a mom but I do breakout often when trying new products since my skin is sensitive. I recommend getting her an enzyme toner such as the Korres’s Pomegranate Tonic Lotion (skincare) or The Ordinary’s Serum Foundation (makeup). The Korres PTL helped clear up some of my breakouts and feels refreshing at the same time. The Ordinary’s SF is light weight (liquidy in consistency) and has a pretty good shade range. I’m sure you will be able to find her a shade 🙂
