Hair loss cannot be without reason. I would recommend drinking vitamins, seeing a doctor, and then looking for hair products.

Hi, @Makeup1516 !  I suggest asking your stylist.  The only brand I'm familiar with is Nioxin, which is what my mom uses.  It's sold at Ulta.

As I’m not here to diagnose any underlying health issues, depending on where you live, Nioxin is available at Sephora where I am. 
If your mom has coloured hair go with Nioxin System Trial Kit 3 if no colour go with Nioxin System Trial Kit 1
