1. Foundation: Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector Broad Spectrum SPF 30 3C1 Fawn or LAURA MERCIER - Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 - Oil Free; or, By Terry Terrybly Densiliss Compact (powder foundation). I rarely wear any of these, though. 
2. Concealer: BECCA COSMETICS - Ultimate Coverage Longwear Concealer or PAT McGRATH LABS Sublime Perfection Concealer M17. 
3. Primer: I only use one on my oily zone in hot weather for additional shine control. My current favorite is still LANCôME - Blur & Go Stick. 
4. Brows: Kimiko Super Fine Eyebrow Pencil Automatique. Occasionally I use the brush end of MAC Shape + Shade Brow Tint to detail my sparse brow tails. 
5. Eyeshadow: oh boy... Viseart Eyeshadow Palette 08 Editorial Brights, PAT McGRATH LABS Mothership VI Eyeshadow Palette - Midnight Sun, PAT McGRATH LABS Mothership I Eyeshadow Palette - Subliminal, PAT MCGRATH LABS - Blitz Astral Quad Eyeshadow Palette - Nocturnal Nirvana, Pat McGrath Labs Mothership IV Decadence, Pat McGrath Labs Dark Matter Pigment (from the Dark Star 006 kits; I always travel with this satin black single shadow), BOBBI BROWN - Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in various shades, NATASHA DENONA - Eyeshadow Palette 5 numbers 5 & 10 & 11... and this is me trying to narrow the field. 😄 Oh, and PAT McGRATH LABS Mini Eye Ecstasy: Eyeshadow Palette Subversive, VISEART - Petite Pro 5 Soleil, and any of the Viseart Theory mini palettes make excellent travel palettes. 
6. Mascara: Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes Volume 2 Mascara Black Vinyl Vol 2 and ILIA Limitless Lash Lengthening Clean Mascara After Midnight. For an extra boost, I also like Lancôme Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer .18 oz / 5.5 ml. 
7. Eyeliner: various shades of Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel, MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil Brow, Eye & Lip Liner 606 Wherever Walnut, Danessa Myricks Waterproof Cushion Liner, Chantecaille Luster Glide Silk Infused Eyeliner, Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Mineral Eyeliner Pencil, and I still like the Glossier Color Slide Eyeliners. I’m still getting used to Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Flypencil Longwear Pencil Eyeliner Cuz I'm Black. 
8. Lips: nope, not gonna attempt to narrow down specific shades. 😄 Not even sure I can narrow down specific brands... Pat McGrath Labs, NARS, ColourPop (just the Lux Creme and Matte bullets, and Lux Velvet liquids), MAC, the old Bite Amuse Bouche line (though they tend to bleed/feather), Guerlain... Oh wait, I can narrow down glosses to my favorite line, LANCôME - L'Absolu Lacquer, and liquid mattes to NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment American Woman and Black Moon Cosmetics Liquid to Matte Lipstick, with a special shoutout to Pat McGrath Labs LiquiLUST (no longer available to purchase). Under liquid mattes, I wear a base coat of MAC Prep + Prime Lip, my favorite lip primer. 
9. Highlighter: NARS - Highlighting Powder, PAT McGRATH LABS Skin Fetish Highlighter & Balm Duo Bronze, Hourglass Ambient® Strobe Lighting Powder Incandescent, RMS BEAUTY - Luminizer X Quad Highlighter Palette. 
10. Powder: setting powders - By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder, CHARLOTTE TILBURY - Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder, and for my oily zone I’d pick Beauty Bakerie Flour Setting Powder. Finishing powders - Hourglass Ambient® Lighting Finishing Powder Dim Light. 
11. Blush (not on your original list): various shades of NARS - Blush, Natasha Denona Bloom Cheek Palette 0.48 oz/ 13.7 g, NATASHA DENONA - Blush Duo, Glossier Cloud Paint, and the shade Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Collection Brilliant Nude which I use as a brightening base on the center of my face. I guess if I had to narrow this list way down, I’d pick a couple of NARS blushes and Hourglass Brilliant Nude.

@GG84  I started my list that way, but realized I’d never personally use some of the stuff I’d include in a kit to use on other people. 🤣 I don’t wear any traditional liquid or cream foundation or currently apply it to other people, so I don’t confidently know which one(s) would work best on the broadest client base, and I’d have to include options for different skin types. Plus, I’d have to list specific makeup brushes for a kit and you know, that could take a while... 😂 So my list is a personal kit instead.
