my hair is growing very slowly any suggestions on how to help it grow

I have the opposite problem. My hair is growing too fast! The culprit? I take Hair and Skin Vitamins everyday. My current favorite are the Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair Gummies. Thanks to taking these everyday for a month, I desperately need a haircut!

@Arigigi I like to take biotin supplements when I want to grow out my hair quickly. My favorite biotin supplements to take are HUM beauty’s Killer Nails and Hair Sweet Hair. I like to switch off between the two but find them to both work pretty well. If you are more of a gummies person, I would go with Hair Sweet Hair. If you don’t mind taking pills, I would go with Killer Nails. Good luck!
