I find a hair oil helps to hydrate and tame frizziness @shammy14, the VERB - Ghost Oil™ is one of my favourites! Just pump a small amount onto your palm, rub your hands together and evenly disperse throughout your hair starting at the tips working your way up. Good luck! 😊

@MelissaColaLeon I know your pain!  The first thing I rec is wearing is hoodie with the hoodie up and pulled tight.  This actually works well for me - and I only have a short walk from my car to work. But, there are also products that can help.  I use LIVING PROOF - No Frizz Humidity Shield every day and while it isn't a miracle worker, it definitely helps and I wouldn't want to be without it. I've also found that styling products help a lot.  I rec a silicone serum; my fave is Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum.  I also rec It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Product.  If you flat iron your hair, I can tell you that I've had tremendous success with heat protectants with alcohol in them b/c of the hold. Hair oils are also great.  I use Matrix Oil Wonder (I think it was recently discontinued) after I style my hair.  BUT, I use ALTERNA HAIRCARE - Bamboo Smooth Kendi Oil Dry Oil Mist when my hair is frizzy and it calms the frizz much more than any other oil (and I must own about 5 different ones).  I like to spray it onto my hands, and then distribute. I've also found that my frizz will ease if I give my hair a quick dry with the hair dryer.  I know this might sound quirky to do at work, but if I were in your place I know I'd definitely do that in the bathroom or in my office every day. Best of luck!

I've got curly hair that's thick and coarse.  I find that while many folks need products that "won't wear hair down", I actually need things that help give it some weight or else it's fluff city.I do find that a leave in condition and masks do help along with some coconut oil right when my hair is really wet.

Hi there @yourstrulyliliy! I totally understand your struggle. In order to achieve perfect, frizz-free curls, I like to get some help from some hair products. When my hair is still damp, I like to put Living Proof's No-Frizz Cream (I use a quarter size amount since I have long hair). After that I blow dry my hair until it's fully dry. After it's dry and ready for heat, I coat it (but focus on the ends) in Bumble and Bumble's Invisible Hairdresser's Primer. I then curl my hair and voila, it is frizz-free! To seal the curls without the crunch, I like to finish off my hairstyles with Living Proof's Flex Shaping Hairspray. I'm unsure if this hairspray helps with frizz BUT it does help hold my styles for the entire day. I hope my routine has helped you and I hope you incorporate it into your own curling routine. I have linked all of the products down below for easier access. Hi @allisonpage,   I have wavy hair and am super low maintenance. I'm not a Kardashian and don't have 2 hours to get ready everyday. My routine is simple: shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. I use Ouai's Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner. After I hop out of the shower, I put the Ouai Rose Hair Oil in my hair because it smells lovely and makes my waves super soft.   Stay Gorgeous, Penelope

@nikonluvr Start with a sulfate-free shampoo.  I rec Pureology Hydrate.  Next, use a moisturizing conditioner.  My fave is Biolage Hydrasource Conditioning Balm.   For styling treatments, you will likely benefit from a silicone serum.  I like Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum.  I also use it with Phyodefrisant to give my hair slip.  It's a Ten Miracle Leave-In Product is also a must-have! I also use Living Proof Humidity Sheild. Hairs oils, hair masks and dry shampoos are also helpful.  Tag me if you want rec's for those!  Good luck!

A more long term approach would be looking at taking supplements to help with hair growth...never hurts to top up in some vitamins in your diet! I recommend Biotin. I have thin but very curly hair that breaks easily and when I took this it helped thicken my hair and grow faster. Bonus! It’s also super helpful in growing long healthy nails and is pretty cheap!

Sorry to hear you are struggling with damaged hair @nycqfashionista! When my hair was damaged from dying it a few years back, I felt that Alterna's Repair Shampoo and Conditioner really helped me out. On top of using a repairing shampoo and conditioner, I like to use a hair mask at least once a week for some extra hydration to my locks. My favorite hair masks at the moment are Marajo's Deep Treatment Butter and Briogeo's Don't Despair Repair masks. They are both wonderful at making my dull hair come back to life and they make my hair extremely soft! I will link everything down below for you to take a look at. @Lola94 Hask has some great hair masks, most places sell foil packs of them for about 2-4 $ so you can try multiples with out too much of an investment. Walmart, ulta and some drugstore carry this brand. My favorites are the orchid & white truffle (moisturizing), blue chamomile & argan oil (blonde care) , and coconut milk & organic honey (curl care). But there are so many to choose from, based on hair needs, ingredient preferences, they even have a naturals line, and a line based on wine favorites.
