My favorite shampoo and conditioner is Carol's Daughters.  They just started selling it at Walmart (but it is cheaper at Target).  I use the hair milk.  It saved my bleached hair.

@RoseEmily I used John Freida Beyond Smooth for a long time and liked it.  (Now I use a sulfate-free shampoo that is $$$; IDK of any good sulfate-free drugstore shampoos aside from L'Oreal that I thought was barely acceptable, but you could look into sulfate-free options in your price range.)  For conditioner, I rec Neutrogena Triple Moisture - the one in the tub.  Not every place carries it, though, so IDK if it's at Wal-Mart.  Good luck!

I love the Aussi 3 minute line, the conditioner for hydration and smooth are my number 1s

If your hair is frizzy it means it is dehydrated.  If you don't want to pay for expensive shampoo look for shampoos at Walmart that don't contain sulfates.  Sulfates will dry out your hair really bad.  I believe L'Oreal has a sulfate free shampoo for about $6.  I used it for awhile but upgraded to the Deva Curl line.  Also, do not dry your hair with a towel, use a cotton t-shirt or a microfiber towel. Also, use a leave in conditioner.  The John Frieda anti-frizz leave in conditioner is only $4 and I like it better than more expensive ones. If your hair is really frizzy, try only washing it twice a week for a couple of months.  I only wash my hair 2-3/week to avoid stripping my hair of it's natural oils.

So the days you don’t wash your hair, do you use conditioner still?
