HELP..

I have wavy curly hair that is very damaged and dry and very frizzy any recommendations of a good shampoo and conditioner and a treatment that would help me recover my hair. even though if I put on hairspray my hair is crazy out of control it will poof out super frizzy out of control

@Arigigi I rec a sulfate-free shampoo.  Many with curly hair like DevaCurl No Poo; they also have Low Poo.  I prefer Pureology Hydrate shampoo.  For conditioner, I like Biolage Hydrasouce Conditioning Balm.  I just picked up buy two get one free at Ulta.  Good luck!  🙂

I have thick, curls:

-Hydrating treatment from salon

- redken bonder pre shampoo 1x week

- redken cream shampoo every now and then to remove buildup and hard water

- Gliss leave in conditioner

- microfiber towel to blot

- try not to disrupt hair pattern while washing

- no brushes, comb on wet, conditioned hair or fingers

-plop, squish to condish

- also don't wash a lot, but will wet hair down daily to refresh, mix of water and conditioner in spray bottle

The more you touch and use cotton will rough up the hair cuticle causing frizz. 

Products, I switch around, but bumble & bumble HIO line and curl product, pureology smooth perfection, l'oréal frizz defy,  shea moisture, Redken curl gel etc

You may want to start with a salon and get a trim for the damage.
