Scent certificate

I am trying to redeem a scent certificate but it won't accept the promo barcode.  Can u help?

I'm sorry for the issue with redeeming your scent certificate! Sometimes the number 1 can be mistaken for a capital letter I in the code. If you happened to enter the letter I, please try entering a number 1 instead. If the issue persists, please let us know and we will be happy to look into it further. Thank you!
