I am not sure theres anything specifically for sweating but a good option is start with something oil free but still hydrating. The Korres after sun greek yoghurt lotion is free of oils and hydrating without the greasiness so you get everything you need from lotion plus its soothing (if you buy it know it stays in the refrigerator) The tata harper recovery gel is also awesome but pricier but i feel does the same thing
