Did the videos on YouTube Dupe me into buying Kayali 28?

(I expected a nose-gasm and got a wrinkle-up nose instead.) Yes…they did. I bought it because I love vanilla, and because it was ranked as number 1 on fragrances that husbands and boyfriends love to smell on women. 

I bought the small bottle, it might not have smelled so in my face if it had been a rollerball or just one you could dab. But the spray on it really takes you out. #kayali28 #perfume

23 years ago when I was 17, a girl’s pepper spray went off and this was what it smelled like. Maybe it just smells awful on my specific skin, or maybe I’m now realizing that I don’t like patchouli. It reminds me of sinner which I actually like more, because I have a mini and I can dab just a little on.

I blind bought a kayali fragrance too, after so much hype online! I picked up the rollerball duo KAYALI INVITE ONLY AMBER | 23 & DÉJÀ VU WHITE FLOWER | 57 Double Rollerball 2 x 5 mL  

i wanted the vanilla, as I’m really into vanilla scents, but it was sold out. Rave reviews for invite only and deja vu influenced me to blind buy the duo. They didn’t work for me unfortunately 😞 My notes on Deja Vu were that it was a little “old lady” floral o on my skin, with no lasting power. I have Invite Only as “just okay, but no projection or sillage”.
