Did Sephora send me a used perfume?

So I just received D&G L’Imperatrice in the mail today. The perfume box was wrapped nicely in a sealed plastic. However, when I opened the box, looking at the perfume bottle, it seems like the perfume had been used already. I’m just confused and not sure if this is really brand new and if I just got ripped off. I attached the picture here. Anyone knows if it looks like used or if it’s normal? The liquid is way down almost to the label. I’m kinda sad right now because I was so excited to get this perfume and I don’t want to make a trip to Sephora to exchange a new one. 😢

@littleivy I have received used perfume from Sephora, which I promptly returned (the bottle had fingerprints on it). The box had no cellophane wrapping. Your bottle looks like it leaked. I would just return this bottle and order a new one, as that is what their customer service will tell you to do.

 I dont think Sephora can seal a package and send it off, once the seal is broken its broken. I think it's likely a manufacturer defect. Perhaps on the production line it just wasnt shut tight and thus some has evaporated. Call customer service, they will help you out 😊
