Best Bedroom Fragrance to Set the Mood and Boost Comfort

I researched the best fragrance for the bedroom over the past few days because i really want to create a more relaxing and peaceful vibe at home i read reviews on The New York Times Wirecutter, Good Housekeeping and Real Simple and these two options keep popping up as top rated:

Now here’s the issue i can not decide which one would suit my bedroom atmosphere better I am  looking for something that is calming especially for better sleep not too overpowering and ideally long lasting. My bedroom is medium sized and i mostly use it in the evenings and at night for reading relaxing and unwinding after work.
