wearing mascara

It was easy to wear mascara befor and to put it on but not it's hard to do that's because I had an operation on my eyes and when I look now things are blurry so now I have to wear glasses and I have tried to put on mascara with them on but they would mess up my glasses all the time..and I went on you tube to find out any infor in how to do it and nothing...so I am turning to here to see if any of you that do wear glasses what are the tricks in how to do it...right now I have a magnifier glass and my makeup mirror in order to do it but it's tough to do a simple task...

thank you

Re: wearing mascara

I have found that if I hold my glasses up almost like a monocle I can do the mascara one eye at a time and see what I am doing.  Also using a fatter wand (like the L’Oréal snaptastic or the maybeline Orange tube) helps because you can really lean into it and it doesn’t move around as much when you are trying to use one hand for your monocle and one for your makeup.
