It seems everytime I try to conceal my under eyes with some orange color corrector and go over it with concealar it just ends up looking shiny. What is a good under eye concealar and how can I prevent it from looking shiny/glossy?

I use Bobbi Brown's corrector that is a peachy shade, and then I go over with the Nars radiant creamy concealer.  Then I use a very fluffy brush and finish with the tiniest bit of powder to cut down on any shiny-ness

A good under eye concealer is maybelline age rewind. Although it is quite drying so a damp beauty blender or sponge is an option if it is too drying. Also I would recommend to bake under the eyes for five min with loose powder. A good powder is laura merciers translucent powder!
