Hi @linita1915,

 

I suggest the Anastasia Beverly Hills Flexible Hold Tinted Eyebrow Gel Blonde.I have found running this through my brows makes my brows appear fuller. Hope this helps!

@Anonymous I have barely there brows and I like using ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS - Brow Wiz and an eye shadow close to my hair color to fill in my brows.
