I like the Rimmel eyeliners and Sephora brand contour eye pencils a lot! Both have good pigmentation and don't smudge.

If you dont mind spending a bit more I love Kat Von D liquid liner in trooper with a brush tip.. its amazing!

I am currently using all Rimmel eyeliners. The price and payoff are superb. They're creamy enough to blend out and dont pull at the skin. Try them!

Hi Lily. I prefer Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil.. it's the best truest color. It stays on all day no smudges. Check out Sephora app. for the color of your choice. I wear the Empire. Not the harshness of black since it's in the purple family.
